Job Overview

The role of a Test Administrator plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of our exams. As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure exam environment.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can demonstrate strong teamwork skills, with availability to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring a secure exam delivery environment.
  • Complying with all testing procedures and adhering strictly to company policies.
  • Verifying candidates' identification against test registration and assisting them in setting up for their examination.
  • Explaining exam procedures and proctoring/closely supervising candidates during their test.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments.
  • Escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

The qualifications required for this role include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum one year of customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams highly desirable.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to sit for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds with independence, and remain comfortable in a quiet testing environment.
