Administrative Support Officer

{"The Role": "We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at a world-ranked university. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring the delivery of quality customer service to students and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administration support to the team and manager
* Process invoices and payments, data entry
* Assorted office duties such as ordering stationery, distribution of mail, meeting room set up
* Reception desk coverage - providing information, advice and assistance as required to students, staff and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous administration and reception experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Current Working with Children's Check required
