
Digital Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our lower-funnel digital marketing efforts. This key role plays a pivotal part in driving growth and enhancing customer lifetime value by leveraging data-driven strategies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for retention, conversion, and win-back campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless integration with existing marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Customer & Digital teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support loyalty and engagement goals, while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Work closely with the Marketing Planning Team and other stakeholders to create a cohesive end-to-end customer journey, leveraging customer data, segmentation, and personalized messaging for stronger campaign performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding unique business needs and providing tailored marketing solutions that drive results.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making and scale performance marketing efforts, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in upper to mid-funnel strategies for brand awareness, audience engagement, and multi-channel digital campaigns in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from marketing data and build performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience working with major publishers like Meta and Google to plan and execute effective upper funnel campaigns, leveraging their platforms and tools to achieve strategic objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs for discovery and engagement campaigns, focusing on reach, impressions, engagement, loyalty sign-ups, and conversions.
- Proficient in marketing technology tools, including analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as customer data platforms (e.g. Tealium).
