Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader to spearhead our online presence and drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including web, social, search, and paid media, with at least 10 years of experience in leading teams and managing budgets.

The role requires a forward-thinking leader with excellent communication skills, able to adapt communication to the audience and effectively engage stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who can think strategically, maintain focus under pressure, and drive results-oriented solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement multi-year digital roadmaps, defining digital experiences that enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • End-to-End Digital Delivery: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Team Workflow Management: Operational management and delivery of internal stakeholders' website and digital channel requests, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Digital Development & User Experience: Improve content engagement and accessibility through insight and data, aligning with industry benchmarks and standards.
  • Social Media Strategy: Coach the Social Media Consultant and lead the social content strategy to improve brand resonance with target audiences, providing content curation and creation, audience profiling, and performance insights.
  • Digital Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, developing audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and cost efficiency.
  • Lead Nurturing & Client Journey Optimization: Design and execute automated marketing sequences, retargeting strategies, and personalized content journeys to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Oversee technical SEO audits, keyword research, and content optimization strategies to improve organic search visibility, collaborating with content teams to develop high-ranking, intent-driven content.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance website performance, landing page effectiveness, and form conversions.
About You
  • You have at least 10 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and maintain focus under pressure.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and possess relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
