Digital Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead our paid media and digital marketing strategy in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep paid media expertise and hands-on knowledge of Google and Meta campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate seasonal priorities and commercial goals into a full-funnel paid media and digital marketing strategy.
- Develop and deliver integrated paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Create initiatives that grow our database and attract high-value new guests.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, retail, and brand teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent and impactful.
The successful candidate will be confident with GA4, analytics, and data-driven decision making. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and drive revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
