About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team as a Leading Hand Supervisor on commercial new build and fit-out projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified carpenter to take the next step in their career, working closely with the site supervisor and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve project milestones through effective planning, organization, and communication with the site team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Supervise all trades and subcontractors on site, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.
  • Contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role on commercial projects.
  • Qualified carpenter with a strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
  • Previous experience on commercial new build and/or fit-out projects.
