Experience Development Coordinator

Looking to pivot into the corporate world? We're seeking a spirited Workspace Experience Coordinator (Barista) to energise our clubhouse in the heart of Victoria. With a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service, this role offers a dynamic career shift for those ready to make a meaningful impact.
As the welcoming face of our workspace, you'll create personalised experiences for members and guests. Your day-to-day will be filled with opportunities to showcase your barista artistry, manage the day-to-day operations of our cafe, and play a crucial role in organising and executing workplace events.
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector. Ideally, you'll be available Monday to Friday from 8am to 1:30pm, and have a strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills. As a Barista, you'll be able to multitask with ease and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.

Estimated salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year
