Are you passionate about supporting families and educators in a dynamic role?

We are seeking a talented Family Day Care Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Camira office.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting educators, as well as communicating with families via phone, email, and video calls.

  • Your duties will include travel to Mackay/Moranbah 3–5 times per year for working weeks, with all expenses covered by us.
  • You will need a solid understanding of early childhood education and care principles, with Family Day Care experience being a bonus.
  • Your excellent communication and organisational skills will be essential in this role.
Key Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • A current Positive Notice Blue Card.
  • Recent Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A Full Driver's Licence.
