We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the IT operations team, this individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining mainframe systems, configuring process groups, and integrating with ServiceNow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Endevor groups and associated environments.
  • Configure and manage process groups to support development and release workflows.
  • Design, create, and maintain mainframe deployment pipelines.
  • Integrate Endevor with ServiceNow for change management and deployment tracking.
  • Manage and maintain the data dictionary to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee software configuration management (SCM) processes for mainframe applications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Endevor administration and configuration, including DevOps.
  • Hands on experience in mainframe development and operations.
  • Proficiency in SCM tools and processes for mainframe environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration.
  • Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe languages/tools is preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in large scale mainframe modernization or automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Exposure to pipeline automation in mainframe environments.
