Mainframe Security Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and helping solve real business problems.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Security professional to support multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe security, with experience in ACF2/RACF security architecture, Unix in z/OS, and NetMaster/MAI and SOLVE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering security policies to control access to systems, participating in the creation of documentation, taking the lead in developing process improvement, and managing SSL certificates in the mainframe environment.
Key responsibilities include being available for off-hours escalations as 2nd and 3rd tier of on-call support, serving as a technical liaison and subject matter expert in business interactions, and providing level 3 support and problem management guidance for the platform team.
In addition, the candidate should have a solid understanding of best security practices, be quick to learn new technologies, and have relevant Information Security certification (CISSP/CCNA).
