About the RoleWe are seeking a Client Experience Manager to foster a client-centric culture. This leader will ensure business decisions are focused on the customer and their needs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve success
- Raise client satisfaction levels and drive engagement
- Enhance processes and drive efficiencies through effective management
- Deliver exceptional client outcomes through proactive escalation management
- Champion client experience initiatives to drive improvement
- Monitor and report key performance metrics for informed decision-making
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or client relations roles
- 5+ years of supervisory experience leading teams to success
- Strong organisational, analytical and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier client experiences
- Ability to create and optimise client engagement strategies for improved results
- Experience in account management and/or sales (desirable)
- Knowledge of integrated payments and credit card processing (desirable)
