Job Title: Client Relations Associate

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional patient care, setting a positive tone for their experience
  • Efficiently schedule and modify appointments, answer calls, update records and handle payments in a timely manner
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while maintaining professional relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless practice operations

This position is ideal for an individual available to work Monday to Friday in a brand-new mental health clinic. Previous receptionist experience in a psychology setting is highly desirable. Studying or having completed a Bachelor of Psychology will be greatly valued.

We seek a skilled communicator who can effectively engage with clients and colleagues. A proven track record of strong organizational skills, administrative proficiency and time management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records
  • Handle client payments and financial transactions
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Administrative experience and proficiency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
