Client Service Officer Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support our clients' financial journeys.

About the Role
  • Be the friendly face and voice clients know and trust – handle calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and care.
  • Work behind the scenes to get things done – coordinate with fund managers, product providers, and ensure implementation runs smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate client records and investment data in Xplan.
  • Coordinate client meetings and manage diaries to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Prepare applications and liaise with product providers and fund managers.
  • Become part of delivering an outstanding client experience from start to finish.
About You
  • Solid background in financial planning with comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, products, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in XPLAN.
  • Outstanding communication abilities both written and verbal with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Someone who loves working as part of a team and has natural people skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • RG146 or a relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.
