We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Lytton Weigh Label Room team as a Weigh Label Room Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, inspecting, packing, weighing, and labeling chicken products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, motivated to meet or exceed customer expectations, delivery timings, order fulfillment, and food safety HACCP programs.
  • Tend labelling lines and label applicators, perform processing tasks efficiently, and work to meet individual and group targets.
  • Process, inspect, label, and pack chicken products.
  • Manual handling duties - lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.
  • Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools.
  • Identify and escalate food safety and quality issues, hazards, and risks.
Requirements
  • Understand and follow instructions and procedures.
  • Work well within a team environment.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Show commitment, reliability, and motivation.
  • Respond calmly when faced with obstacles.
  • Be physically fit and able to repetitively lift 5kg-20kg.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment.
  • Be an active, committed, and reliable team member.
  • Current forklift license would be highly regarded.
