About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our Pre-Pack team at Marland Mushrooms Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate pallets into loading spaces as prescribed
  • Maintain supply to loader to maintain flow and reduce downtime
  • Relocate empty cartons to other side of room for packer to use with completed products
  • Stack to specifications
  • Ensure labels are adhered as specified
  • Replace pallets as required
  • Operate safely and efficiently
  • Chilling pallets and stacking pallets
  • Fill out paperwork before weigh line operation starts each day
  • Tare weight of the boxes every morning
  • Ensure that product is always being scanned and processed
  • Assist with unloading onto conveyor belt from growing rooms when possible
  • Scan room sheets into the computer system
  • Communicate with team members regarding break times and position changeovers
  • Follow any other instructions to assist in the smooth running of the room

Requirements:

  • Able to work morning or afternoon shift
  • Reliability and honesty are essential
  • Able to work weekends
  • Able to follow directions
  • Able to work at pace - accurately
  • Committed to getting to work on time
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Understanding of the importance of workplace health & safety
