About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Control Room Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality frontline customer service support, supervising and managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our control room.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service support to our clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Responsible for scheduling and rostering staff to ensure adequate coverage and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform general security duties, including administrative tasks, to support the smooth operation of the control room.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Hold a current QLD Security Licence and First Aid Certificate.
- Previous experience in a control room or monitoring centre environment is essential.
- Proven experience in managing a team and supervising staff.
- 5 years of experience in a security supervisor or manager position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and ability to work with various software systems.
- Professional personal presentation and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and ability to work independently.
