General Foreman Opportunity

Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled General Foreman to lead a large-scale residential construction project in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of the structure and ensuring the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of trades and subcontractors on site
  • Coordinate site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
  • Implement and enforce OH&S policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to plans and specifications
  • Liaise with the project team to meet budget and time constraints
  • Provide leadership and direction to fellow Foremen

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on structures
  • Project experience in excess of $50m
  • Foreman experience with a reputable mid-tier or upper-tier construction company
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Supervisors license
