Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all trades on site, ensuring site safety, and coordinating with other teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing and managing all trades on site to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Implement and monitor site safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage and coach staff effectively to achieve project and personal goals
  • Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure high standards are met
  • Schedule and coordinate site staff to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Issue site instructions and correspondence as required to trade contractors and consultants
  • Report to the Site Manager on a regular basis and advise of any current or potential issues
Requirements
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • High level ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Well-developed planning skills, including industry knowledge
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of construction trades and ability to assess quality of workmanship
