Part-Time Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Team Member to join our team at our Bras N Things Greensborough store.
This is a Part-Time position, approximately 6.59 hours/week.
Job DescriptionAs a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel empowered and confident in their purchases.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and sales strategies.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising tasks as required.
- A passion for retail and customer service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Prior fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
