About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team at David Jones Sheridan Malvern.


This part-time role involves working 17 hours across a Monday, Friday, and Sunday roster, with the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times.



  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers.
  • Sell premium products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Maintain high standards of stock merchandising and presentation.
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
