Human Resources Assistant

This is a unique opportunity to join our growing team and support community outcomes. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be part of a people-first team that values clear communication, common sense, and a good work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR function – onboarding, compliance, coordination, and problem solving.
  • Be the go-to person for getting staff set up, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure tasks are completed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong admin or HR support experience.
  • Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing digital records.
  • Cultural sensitivity and a respectful, team-first attitude.

We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and brings a calm, practical approach to busy days.

Benefits
  • Starting salary from $80,000 + super, depending on experience and level.
  • Annual salary increases in line with Enterprise Agreement.
