Key Responsibilities- Support the HR function – onboarding, compliance, coordination, and problem solving.
- Be the go-to person for getting staff set up, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure tasks are completed.
- Strong admin or HR support experience.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing digital records.
- Cultural sensitivity and a respectful, team-first attitude.
We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and brings a calm, practical approach to busy days.
Benefits- Starting salary from $80,000 + super, depending on experience and level.
- Annual salary increases in line with Enterprise Agreement.
- 6–8 weeks accommodation on arrival for relocators.
- $2,000 annual PD allowance for training, courses, or study.
- Opportunities to travel to remote communities with the team.
