Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR policies and services to support line managers.
  • Manage employee relations, casework, and conflict resolution to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields are preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior HR generalist roles with expertise in partnering with business leaders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, industrial instruments, and employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
