Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Branch Administration Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Townsville branch.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a wide range of administrative functions, including switchboard operations, managing incoming mail, and assisting with customer correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining the main office, ordering stationery, and processing purchase orders.

In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with our Service Supervisor to assist with spare part enquiries and processing, as well as coordinating the fleet. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
