Support Role Opportunity

We're on a mission to champion better justice for our clients. As a full-time, permanent support role based in our Townsville team, you'll be making a meaningful impact every day.

You'll support our legal team with administrative tasks and optimise the use of internal systems to process information.

  • Cultivate strong relationships and trust through empathy and understanding, interpreting client needs and connecting them with the right legal team members.
  • Apply your keen eye across general filing, indexing medical records, requesting documents, processing expenses, photocopying, mail management, and archiving management to spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Respond to inbound calls, couriers, and emails from clients, preparing new client documents, ensuring they feel looked after, supported, and heard.
  • Assist with preparing matters for conference and hearing, including collating briefs to Counsel and experts, legal searches, preparation of court and legal documents, and general correspondence.
  • Provide proactive support to our Legal team with general administrative duties to obtain maximum compensation for clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous administration or business support experience.
  • Accurate typing skills with intermediate Word & Excel skills.
  • Keen eye for detail in document management and collation skills.
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Natural empathy and passion for helping people.
  • Recognition of the importance of your role as a gateway to supporting clients.
  • Ability to work between office hours 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
