As a Deputy Editor, you will play a critical role in keeping content operations running smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met, and editorial standards remain high. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance attention to detail with the ability to pivot quickly.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing content production processes across the department to ensure efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment
  • Managing day-to-day workflow and deadlines across the editorial team
  • Mentoring writers and social producers to develop skills and maintain high content standards
  • Optimizing workflow efficiency and tracking performance metrics to identify improvements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years relevant experience in content creation and management, including team leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Proven experience of off-platform content management, creation, and innovation
