About You

We are seeking an established and entrepreneurial executive leader with a demonstrated commitment to early learning and childcare outcomes. The successful candidate will have significant experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, ideally within the childcare, education, or related human services sectors.

Your Key Qualities Include:

  • Experience in highly regulated industries; prior ASX executive experience is highly regarded.
  • A proven track record in managing complex operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Commercial nous and a robust understanding of M&A, financial management, budgeting, and business sustainability.
  • Strong people leadership, bringing strengths in supporting geographically dispersed teams through significant change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive consensus and collaboration.
  • A proven track record in investor relations, ideally within a publicly-listed company.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is desirable.

What We Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly impactful early learning and childcare provider in an influential and critical leadership capacity, with clear impact on the success of the organisation. A competitive salary package, including performance-based incentives, will be offered to the successful candidate. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $220,000-$280,000 AUD, based on industry standards and the company's requirements.
