Senior Automation and Robotics Strategist

This role is responsible for shaping the regional automation and robotics strategy, driving technical excellence, and laying the foundations for a future proof of concept center. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing government funding, university alliances, and industry partnerships to establish the company as a leader in advanced automation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, robotics, or industrial solutions, including project management. They will be able to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, take ownership of results, and drive change with resilience. Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills, a track record of building partnerships with government, universities, industry leaders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:- PoC Development:
- Collaborate with the Sydney PoC and Oceania engineering teams to align frameworks, share assets, and strengthen delivery.
- Prepare and position the company for a future Melbourne PoC Centre by driving partnerships with universities, industry, and government, and securing funding and grants.
