Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Automation Developer to join our team.

As a key member of our growing Robotics and AI team, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and testing RPA assets using Blue Prism. You will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes and enhance existing automated processes.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, computer science, data science, or other relevant disciplines, and experience in delivering robotics automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform robot configuration and development in Blue Prism in adherence with development & design standards within agreed timeframes.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing of all aspects of automation development.
  • Assist the business with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Accurately document automated processes and technical aspects of solutions.
  • Ensure that all aspects of solutions delivered adhere to best practice methodology, design standards, risk frameworks, and company policies.
  • Proactively raise risks and issues.
  • Perform technical feasibility assessments.
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of their business requirements and delivery of quality, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, computer science, data science, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in delivering robotics automation initiatives.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, including international-based stakeholders.
  • Experience and/or professional certification with Blue Prism.
  • Desirable experience in other platforms such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere.
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution design capability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
