Job Title: ICT Strategy Specialist

This is a critical role that requires an individual with extensive experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders, leading complex engagements and business analysis, and delivering high-quality outputs.

  • The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, numeracy knowledge and skills, including financial forecasting, as well as Microsoft Excel proficiency and ORBUS Infinity (iServer Architecture Repository) proficiency.
  • They will be responsible for undertaking analysis activities required in the development of ICT strategies, reviewing enterprise architecture principles, and maintaining enterprise architecture repositories.
  • Additionally, they will administer support for enterprise architecture governance processes, provide analysis support in departments' enterprise and line of business investment planning and reporting, and ensure compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake analysis activity required in the development of the ICT Strategies, including the Department's Enterprise ICT Strategy
  2. Review Enterprise Architecture principles and maintain enterprise architecture repositories accordingly
  3. Administer the support of Enterprise Architecture Governance processes to ensure compliance with standards
  4. Provide analysis support in the Departments Enterprise and LoB Investment planning and reporting process to ensure forward year projection forecasting of ICT spend required is identified and submitted
  5. Support the process to ensure investment submission co-ordination in line with Central Agency approved processes and timeframes
  6. Provide administration support for the IDS service catalogue, service costing methodology, Service Partnership Agreements (SPA) and IDS Service Metrics reporting requirements
  7. Support the Cluster & Executive Agencies engagement, relationship & stakeholder management processes

  • ORBUS Infinity (iServer Architecture Repository) proficiency desirable
