Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to support our property management team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain documentation, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Senior Portfolio Manager across retail & commercial assets
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle various administrative tasks
- Evaluate and manage building services
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Act as a liaison between departments
- Experience working across commercial and retail properties
- Ability to handle compliance issues
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Capacity to develop professional relationships
- Presentation skills to interact with high-end clients
