Lead administrative and facility operations across Metro South community health services

Join Metro South Health as an Administrative and Facility Supervisor and lead the delivery of efficient, high-quality administrative and facility management services across multiple community health sites. You'll play a key role in supporting staff, improving operations, and ensuring our facilities deliver exceptional service to the community.

Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee administrative and operational services across multiple community health facilities within Metro South Health. This role ensures smooth facility operations, effective workforce management, and high-quality administrative support to meet service demands.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supervise and support administrative and operational staff across multiple facilities.
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including contractor and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with MSH policies, legislative requirements, and safety standards.

About you:

We're looking for a proactive and adaptable leader who can balance operational priorities with people management.

You Will Bring
  • Proven leadership in administrative or facility management, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High-level administrative and IT skills, including MS Office, myHR, S4HANA, and database management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
