Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic recreational activities and care with professionalism and empathy.
  • Hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent.
  • Ensure excellent communication skills, treating clients with dignity and respect at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team, adapt to changing situations, and accept ongoing training for NDIS essential courses and mental health.
  • Provide compassionate support to clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities, CALD communities, LGBTI individuals, veterans, indigenous people, and those living with debilitating diseases.
