We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Officer. This is a critical role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various business stakeholders, including clients, employees, and guests. This will involve answering telephone calls, managing incoming mail and outgoing couriers, and booking meeting rooms.

This is a fast-paced senior administration role that requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will need to be proactive and flexible in your approach, with a strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About You- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a front reception setting;
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building robust working relationships;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment;
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to achieving team and business goals;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
