Job Description

The role of Accounts Clerk involves managing start to end accounts on our Xero accounting software with a focus on accounts payables and receivable.

This is an exciting career opportunity, to join the team in the Financial Manager's department. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable, supplier statement reconciliations, bank statement reconciliations, processing reimbursements, and working closely with the Finance Manager and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Process reimbursements.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager and the wider team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in Xero and approval max (advantageous but not essential). You should also be confident with Excel and Google Sheets, have a high attention to detail and data input accuracy, be well-organised and time-efficient, have good communication and problem-solving skills, and initiative to succeed in the role and take on new responsibilities.
