Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise daily invoices to clients for various stages of the building process
  • Coordinate and generate invoices for final payments to enable timely handover of homes
  • Raise monthly invoices for commercial properties
  • Maintain integrity of the accounts receivable ledger
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Work with credit controllers to minimize overdue invoices
  • General administration duties
