We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Intercompany Transactions Specialist. This key role will involve handling all intercompany transactions, accounting, confirmations, and reconciliations across various regions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording intercompany transactions and journal entries to clear intercompany transactions with other affiliates and maintaining intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
  • Reviewing and monitoring intercompany accounts, including invoicing, payables, and journal entries
  • Analyzing intercompany balances with other affiliates and coordinating intercompany wire payments and settlements
  • Ensuring compliance with Global Intercompany and Transfer Pricing policies
  • Preparing recharge or allocation journals, including business unit cost transfer and travel allocation
  • Resolving intercompany accounting-related issues and disputes

About the Role
