Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and Inventory:
    • Coordinate and place orders for supplies and materials.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Delivery Coordination:
    • Arrange and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors and logistics providers.
  • Accounting Software:
    • Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions and records.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
