Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, preparing and monitoring the accounts payable system, and providing financial, administrative, and clerical services.
- Process invoices and set them up for payment.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier accounts.
- Correspond with vendors, analyze account balances.
- Produce monthly reports, assist with month-end closing.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Good communication skills and ability to build successful working relationships.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads to meet the dynamic nature of the business.
- Prior experience working in an equipment sales/rental or large industrial business is highly regarded.
- Ability to work under pressure without a negative impact and multi-task effectively.
