About The Role
  • Managing a National based portfolio of motor claims and handling high volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure and maintain knowledge of current legislation and how this impact claims management, applying soundly based decision-making to all claims and consistently making liability decisions of increasing complexity throughout the life of the claim.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
  • Follow the AAL Claims Management Process and adhere to AAL standards to minimize claim costs

About You
  • High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claim's environment
  • Insurance knowledge/background
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
