Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate student support and evaluation activities for fieldwork placements.
- Organize student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensure liaison services meet compliance standards.
- Manage placement records, assess student performance, and identify and address any placement issues promptly.
- Comply with organizational policies and contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives.
About You:
- Hold a Post Graduate Degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields, with at least three years of relevant industry experience.
- Commit to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
