Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing a residential portfolio, ensuring the interests of landlords and tenants are represented with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Securing new leases
  • Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Conducting thorough vacate inspections
  • Collaborating with Property Managers on ingoing and routine inspections
  • Providing exceptional client service to landlords and tenants
  • Managing arrears and performing day-to-day tasks related to portfolio management
About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to prioritize tasks confidently, and possesses strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to succeed in their career. A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is also required.
