Residential Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Property Manager to oversee our residential portfolio. Our team culture is collaborative and supportive, providing opportunities for growth and career development through coaching, training, and mentoring.
This role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties, including:
- Managing arrears
- Liaising and building relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting routine inspections and detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Overseeing marketing strategies for the rental portfolio
- Managing termination notices and attending tribunal hearings
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- A positive attitude and passion for property management
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Success in dealing with complex property management issues
- High-level communication and customer service skills
- A self-starter with a drive for property management
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- At least 1 year's experience working as a Property Manager
- A reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license
