About the Role
Havas Media Australia's Sydney team is seeking a Senior Performance Media Manager to join our growing media team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving forward the success of performance-oriented media accounts within the media team at Havas Media.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day running of paid search and social accounts for clients
- Ensure all accounts are set-up to adhere best practice & restructure inherited accounts where necessary
- Strong budget management skills to avoid underspend/overspend
- Forecast accurately expected performance of campaigns for clients
Account Management
- Manage the overall client performance media programs for a designated portfolio, including day-to-day client relationship and the efficient and effective implementation of strategy
Implementation and Optimisation
- Work with the team to create exceptional and holistic digital media plans, rooted in campaign business objectives, across paid search and social
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of performance campaigns against targets
- Provide performance reporting and in-depth insights on a weekly basis
Team Development
- Mentoring and guidance of junior team members, taking responsibility for their growth and development
- Completion of junior team member performance reviews and KPI tracking
