Senior Performance Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Manager to lead and drive the success of performance-oriented media accounts within our media team at Havas Media.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies across all core paid search and social channels, ensuring the end-to-end set up, optimisation and delivery of performance media-based campaigns for some of Australia's most well-known brands.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage day-to-day running of paid search and social accounts for clients, ensuring all accounts are set up to adhere to best practice and restructuring inherited accounts where necessary.
- Strong budget management skills to avoid underspend/overspend, forecasting accurately expected performance of campaigns for clients.
- Manage the overall client performance media programs for a designated portfolio, including day-to-day client relationship and the efficient and effective implementation of strategy.
- Work with the team to create exceptional and holistic digital media plans, rooted in campaign business objectives, across paid search and social.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of performance campaigns against targets, providing performance reporting and in-depth insights on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to ensure that all campaigns are being run and tested with the rigor needed to gain appropriate learnings, striving to identify improvements beyond SEM.
- Mentoring and guidance of junior team members, taking responsibility for their growth and development.
