We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Natural Ecosystems team. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative projects focused on ocean biodiversity and habitat conservation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve project milestones and organisational impact.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all biodiversity and habitat initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with partners, government agencies, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the organisation at all levels internally and externally at events and conferences.
  • Influence policy change, working with stakeholders at local, national and international levels to promote sustainable ocean governance.
  • Stay at the forefront of research and policy developments in ocean biodiversity and habitat conservation.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, including negotiation, contract management, and relationship stewardship.
