Office Operations Executive

The ideal candidate will oversee daily office functions, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining a professional office environment.

  • Ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service for both clients and team members.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, coordinate office activities, and support team productivity.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules to support efficient workflow.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and managing office expenses.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff, assisting with HR administration, onboarding, and ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.

The successful Office Manager will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation, and be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive and professional office environment.

This role requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
