Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Advisor to join our team. This role involves ensuring the organisation meets regulatory authority requirements and remains compliant with the National Law and Regulations.
The Role:- Be the first point of contact between various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Analyse and respond to incoming complaints and incidents, gathering accurate information.
- Manage and coordinate the management of reportable incidents and complaints, notifying internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Track and ensure matters requiring external notifications are actioned and closed out by legislative deadlines.
- Provide support and advice on regulatory compliance, particularly regarding the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Prepare reports, submissions, and briefs for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and update relevant databases and information storage systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in compliance and enforcement or regulatory environments (desired but not mandatory).
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle compliance issues professionally.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
