  • Utilizing standardized PC software is an asset.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient, employee, and financial information is essential.
  • Using the telephone effectively is necessary.
  • Population-Specific Competency: Ability to interact with diverse populations, understanding their needs for respect and dignity.
