We are seeking an experienced professional to support and elevate our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and regulatory compliance are key to success.
- Lead day-to-day QA and RA functions.
- Support compliance with ISO13485 and local regulatory standards.
- Act as the local Subject Matter Expert for quality processes and risk assessments.
- Conduct internal audits and manage CAPAs, NCs, and quality records.
- Drive validation activities for custom-manufactured products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across the globe.
- Train and support teams on quality and regulatory matters.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A solid understanding of ISO 13485 and quality systems.
- Experience with internal auditing, CAPA, and validation processes.
- Confidence, detail-orientation, and self-motivation.
- Effective communication skills.
- At least 3 years' experience in a QA/RA role, preferably in medical devices.
We develop high-quality hearing aids and audio processing equipment.
