Compliance, Quality & Safety Administrator
to join our
City of Sydney
contract
. This is a permanent full-time role with an onsite presence across both our Town Hall office and Alexandria depot.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and process high risk permit to work applications.
  • Onboard contractors and maintain licensing records.
  • Support new employee and contractor setup in Ventia safety systems.
  • Maintain registers (hazmat, confined space, heritage, risk, etc.).
  • Assist with monthly KPI and compliance documentation.
  • Load hazard reports and generate remediation tasks.
  • Support toolbox talks, onsite reviews, and quality inspections.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in Work Health & Safety.
  • Prior admin experience in maintenance or facilities management desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and safety-focused mindset.
